Mr. Jeter is the President of the Human Resources Consulting Group (HRCG). He has been in the consulting industry for over ten years and specializes in working with the federal government, education institutions, and not-for-profit organizations in the development of their people strategies and in the management and execution of their programs and initiatives.
Mr. Jeter’s portfolio includes working with the United States Department of Energy in the management and execution of their Minority Education Institutional Student Partnership Program which offers talented undergraduate and graduate students summer internship positions with the Department of Energy National Laboratories, with the goal of reaching underrepresented students in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) fields. Mr. Jeter has been responsible for program and contract management, budgeting, providing human resources support and conducting professional development workshops for over 80 students located nationwide. Mr. Jeter has performed similar services for the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the United States Department of Veterans Affairs on their student internship program.
Mr. Jeter has worked with not-for-profit organizations in the compensation area. He has assisted nonprofit clients in the development of employee pay programs, as well as executive pay. He has performed statistical analysis, job content, market pay and formal job evaluation analyses, as well as market survey research, and assisted in the creation of performance management software. His client base includes the American Chemistry Council, Kaiser Permanente, Consumer Reports, the Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute, International Relief Development, the United Negro College Fund and ICMA-Retirement Corporation, Howard University, and University of Maryland University College.
